About this translation. This English version is provided for your convenience. If it differs in any way from the Portuguese version, the Portuguese version prevails.

    1. Introduction

Hi! First of all, we want you to know that we take your privacy seriously. Tãmi is a platform designed to make life easier for content creators, and that includes protecting all the information you share with us.

This Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it and what you can ask of us at any time. It follows the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD, Brazil's General Data Protection Law, Law 13,709/2018).

Who is responsible for your data. Tãmi is operated by TAMI DESENVOLVIMENTO LTDA, registered with the CNPJ (Brazilian company registry) under no. 59.068.810/0001-22, with its address at Rua Capitão José da Luz, 137, Sala 0203, Edf. Cervantes, Coelhos, Recife/PE, CEP 50070-540. It is the controller of the personal data processed on the platform, under the LGPD. Whenever this Policy says "Tãmi", "we" or "us", it means this company.

Two things worth saying right away: Tãmi doesn't sell your data and doesn't use your data for advertising.

    2. What data we collect

    2.1. Data you provide

When you create your account and use the platform:

    • Name
    • Email
    • Phone number
    • Social media profiles
    • Password (stored encrypted — not even our team can read it)
    • Information you choose to share with us

If you sign in with your Google account, we receive from Google your name, email, profile photo and account identifier, only to create and access your Tãmi account.

    2.2. Payment data

If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by a specialized provider. Tãmi doesn't store or have access to your card details. What we receive and keep is what's needed to manage your subscription: status (active, renewed, canceled), amounts, billing dates and the billing details the provider sends back to us.

    2.3. Platform usage data

    • Tasks, dates, notes, files and content you create on the platform
    • Financial information you (or your Collab) record: number of brand deals, amounts received, payments to third parties, expenses
    • Data from the social media accounts you connect (detailed in section 2.5)
    • Messages exchanged with the Tãmi assistant, in the app and on WhatsApp
    • What the assistant keeps about you to personalize its responses, such as your content's topic, your audience and your routine (see section 6)

    2.4. Technical and browsing data

Collected automatically when you use the platform:

    • Access logs: IP address, date and time, as required by the Marco Civil da Internet (Brazil's Internet Civil Rights Framework)
    • Device and browser data
    • Pages visited, clicks, scrolling and paths taken within the app
    • Records of interactions with the interface, with masking (see section 5)

2.5. Social media accounts you connect

You can connect your Instagram, TikTok and YouTube accounts to Tãmi to track, within the platform, how your content is performing. Connecting is optional, and the authorization comes from you, on the social network's own screen. We use each network's official APIs: Meta's Instagram API; TikTok's Login Kit and Display API; and Google's YouTube API Services.

Once you authorize it, the social network gives us access to:

    • Your profile data: account identifier, username, photo, number of followers or subscribers and number of posts
    • Your posts: image or video, caption or title, link, date and type of each one
    • The performance of each post: reach, views, likes, comments, saves and shares — whatever each network makes available
    • An access key, which is what lets us query this data without you giving us your password. It is stored encrypted and is not shown to you or to our team

While the account is connected, Tãmi renews this key on its own and updates the data periodically, so your history stays continuous.

We use this data only to build your performance reports and the analyses the platform delivers to you. When an analysis uses artificial intelligence, the necessary data is sent to the AI provider only to generate that response (section 6). It doesn't feed advertising, isn't sold and isn't used to train artificial intelligence models.

Three things we don't do: post anything on your behalf, read your direct messages or access data from accounts that aren't yours.

You can remove the connection whenever you want, in Tãmi's settings or through the social network itself. When the connection ends, we delete the data from that network — immediately, if you disconnect, or within 7 days, if it drops without you disconnecting —, as explained in section 12.

    YouTube

Tãmi uses YouTube API Services to read your channel's data. By connecting YouTube, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's processing follows the Google Privacy Policy.

In addition to disconnecting through Tãmi, you can revoke our access at any time on the permissions page of your Google account.

Tãmi's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

    Instagram and TikTok

Data from Instagram is also subject to the Meta Platform Terms and the Meta Privacy Policy. Data from TikTok is subject to the TikTok Privacy Policy. You can also remove Tãmi's access in each network's settings for connected apps and websites.

    3. What we use your data for, and on what legal basis

The LGPD requires every processing activity to have a legal basis. Here are ours, purpose by purpose:

    PurposeLegal basis
Create and maintain your account, deliver the features you signed up forPerformance of a contract (art. 7, V)
Process payments and manage the subscriptionPerformance of a contract (art. 7, V)
Generate reports, analyses and pricing suggestionsPerformance of a contract (art. 7, V)
Collect data from the social networks you connect, to build your performance reportsPerformance of a contract (art. 7, V)
Send notices about your account, billing and changes to the servicePerformance of a contract (art. 7, V)
Keep access logs for 6 monthsCompliance with a legal obligation (art. 7, II)
Keep tax records of chargesCompliance with a legal obligation (art. 7, II)
Prevent fraud and protect the account against unauthorized accessLegitimate interest (art. 7, IX)
Measure usage and diagnose defects to improve the productLegitimate interest (art. 7, IX), with opt-out
Remember facts about you and your work, to personalize the assistant's responsesPerformance of contract (art. 7, V), which you can turn off at any time
Automatically assess the quality of the assistant's responses and identify requests for features it doesn't support yet, to improve itLegitimate interest (art. 7, IX)
Send marketing communicationsConsent (art. 7, I)

When the legal basis is legitimate interest, you can object to the processing, as described in section 11.

    4. Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and browser storage for two things:

Essential. Keeping you signed in, remembering preferences such as the theme, saving your checkout step and carrying information between screens. The platform doesn't work without them, so they don't depend on consent.

Measurement. Identifying sessions and understanding how the app is used. You can decline these in the banner shown on your first visit.

Your answer to the banner is stored in your browser. If you change your mind later, clear the site data in your browser and the banner will appear again.

    5. Usage and experience measurement

We collect data on how you interact with the platform: pages visited, clicks, page scrolling, paths taken and interactions with forms. These records let us reconstruct the steps of a session when something goes wrong, to diagnose and fix the error.

The purpose is technical: finding defects, supporting you when you report a problem and improving usability. We don't use this data for advertising and we don't sell it.

Content typed into form fields is not captured, and we apply additional protection on screens with financial information and with data on creators managed by Collabs.

If you'd rather not take part in this measurement, you can object through the cookie banner or through our contact channel, with no impact on your use of the platform.

    6. Artificial intelligence

The Tãmi assistant and some organization and analysis features use artificial intelligence models provided by contracted companies.

In practice, this means that the content you send to the assistant — and the data needed to generate an analysis — is transmitted to these providers for processing, and comes back as a response.

    • These providers are engaged as processors, handling the data only according to our instructions
    • We don't use your content to train artificial intelligence models

The assistant's memory. So it doesn't start from scratch in every conversation, the assistant keeps short, lasting facts about you and your work — for example, your content's topic, your audience, your recording routine and how you prefer it to work. It takes these facts from your conversations with it, in the app and on WhatsApp, or keeps them when you ask ("remember that…"). Here's how it works:

    • It keeps short sentences, never the whole conversation
    • It doesn't keep sensitive data (health, religion, political opinion, racial or ethnic origin, sexual orientation or sex life, biometrics, union membership), data about other people, or what's already recorded on the platform
    • What it knows belongs to you and that space: it isn't shown to other people or in another Creatorspace or Collab, and it isn't used to serve other users
    • You can see everything it knows, delete one item or all of them, and turn the memory off in Manage account > AI assistant > «Remember me». When it's off, it neither keeps nor uses anything; you can also ask in the conversation ("forget that")
    • To store and compare these facts, their text goes through the artificial intelligence providers, under the same terms described above

Assessing response quality. To know whether the assistant is answering well, we may send a conversation with it — your messages and its responses — to an artificial intelligence model that checks, for example, whether your request was handled and whether the assistant claimed to have done something it didn't. In the same analysis, we identify requests for features the assistant doesn't support yet, to decide what to build next; for each request we keep a summary and the excerpt of the conversation where it appears, linked to your account, so our team understands what was asked. This assessment is carried out by providers engaged under the same terms described above, is used only to improve Tãmi, and doesn't change your account or the responses you've already received.

Responses and analyses generated with the help of artificial intelligence are suggestions: you decide what to do with them.

    7. Who we share your data with

Tãmi doesn't sell, rent or hand over your data. We share it only in these situations:

With providers that operate the platform, and only what each function needs:

    CategoryPurpose
Payment processingCharge the subscription and manage its status
Hosting and databaseRun the platform and store your data
File storageStore the content you upload
Sending emails and messagesAccount and billing notices, and the assistant on WhatsApp
Usage analytics and observabilityMonitor performance, fix defects and improve the product (section 5)
Artificial intelligenceMake the assistant and the analyses work (section 6)

All of them are engaged as processors, with a contractual obligation of confidentiality and to process the data only according to our instructions.

Data from the social networks you connect (section 2.5) follows exactly the same rule, limited to what's needed to generate your reports. It isn't passed on to anyone else, for any other purpose, and never to data brokers or ad networks.

In other cases: when required by law or a court order; when necessary to protect the rights and security of Tãmi or its users; and when you expressly authorize it.

    8. International transfer

Some of our providers are located outside Brazil, which means your data may be processed and stored abroad.

This is permitted by article 33 of the LGPD, and we do it when necessary to perform the contract with you and under contractual clauses that require these providers to maintain a level of protection compatible with Brazilian law.

    9. Data about other people that you register

If you use Tãmi to manage third parties' data — the typical case is a Collab that registers the creators it represents —, the relationship is reversed: you are the controller of that data and Tãmi is the processor.

In practice, this means it's your responsibility to have a legal basis to process that data, to inform those people about what you do with it and to handle the requests they make. We process that data only according to your instructions, and we help you respond when needed.

    10. Storage and security

Your data is stored on servers of contracted cloud providers. The measures we take:

    • Passwords stored encrypted, unreadable even to our team
    • Traffic between you and the platform encrypted
    • Restricted access control: our team only accesses what's needed to provide support and operate the service
    • Logging and monitoring of errors and failures

No system is completely immune. If a security incident occurs that poses a relevant risk to you, we will notify you and the Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados (ANPD, Brazil's National Data Protection Authority), as required by article 48 of the LGPD.

    11. Your rights

The LGPD guarantees you the following rights over your data:

    • Confirm whether we process your data
    • Access the data we hold
    • Correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data
    • Request anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data or data processed unlawfully
    • Request portability of your data to another provider
    • Request deletion of data processed on the basis of consent
    • Know who we share your data with
    • Be informed about the possibility of not giving consent and what happens if you don't
    • Withdraw consent you have already given
    • Object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interest

You can see, delete and turn off what the assistant knows about you (section 6) yourself, at any time, in Manage account > AI assistant. To exercise any of the other rights, write to our contact channel (section 15). We respond within 15 days, as provided by article 19 of the LGPD.

    12. How long we keep your data

As long as your account exists, we keep your data to deliver the service.

When you delete your account — which you can do yourself, in the app settings — we delete your personal data, including the data from connected social networks, with two exceptions imposed on us by law:

    • Application access logs: kept for 6 months, as required by article 15 of the Marco Civil da Internet
    • Billing data (amounts, dates and invoices): kept for the periods set by tax law and by the Código de Defesa do Consumidor (CDC, Brazil's Consumer Protection Code)

Once those periods end, the data is deleted or anonymized.

What the assistant knows about you is kept until you delete it — one item, all of them, or by deleting your account. Turning off «Remember me» stops the assistant from keeping and using the memory; what already exists stays visible in Manage account > AI assistant until you delete it.

If you disconnect a social network through Tãmi, we immediately delete the access key and the data we collected from that account: followers, posts and metrics. The same applies when you remove Tãmi's access through Meta and Meta notifies us.

If the connection drops without you disconnecting — because you removed access through your Google account or through TikTok, or because the network refused to renew access —, we notify you on the platform and keep the history for up to 7 days, so you can reconnect without losing anything. If you don't reconnect within that period, we delete the connection and the data from that account. To start tracking again after that, just connect again.

Deletion applies to the data stored by Tãmi. What's on the social network itself — your posts, followers and metrics — is not affected; to delete something there, use the network's app or website.

If you're part of a Creatorspace or a Collab that is deleted, the data linked to it is also deleted — except shared tasks, which are only removed once everyone linked to them has been removed.

    13. Under 18s

Tãmi is not intended for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect data from children or teenagers.

If we find an account created by someone under 18, we close the account and delete the data. If you're a parent or guardian and believe this has happened, write to us and we'll sort it out.

    14. Updates to this Policy

This Policy may change. When a change is relevant, we'll announce it prominently on the platform or by email. Changes that reduce your rights over your data are announced at least 30 days in advance; those required by law or by partner platforms, and those that strengthen the protection of your data, take effect upon publication, as explained in section 13 of the Terms of Use.

The date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect.
