1. Acceptance of the Terms
By creating an account or using the Tãmi platform, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree with any part of them, don't use Tãmi.
These Terms form a contract between you and TAMI DESENVOLVIMENTO LTDA, registered with the CNPJ (Brazilian company registry) under no. 59.068.810/0001-22, with its address at Rua Capitão José da Luz, 137, Sala 0203, Edf. Cervantes, Coelhos, Recife/PE, CEP 50070-540 — referred to here as "Tãmi". Save or print a copy if you like — this page is always available, and the date at the top shows when the current version took effect.
2. Who can use Tãmi
Tãmi is intended for people aged 18 or over. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
If we find an account created by someone under 18, it will be closed and its data deleted, as described in our Privacy Policy.
If you use Tãmi on behalf of a company or a Collab, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
3. Description of the Services
Tãmi is a platform that helps content creators, influencers and their teams organize deliverables, campaigns, finances and tasks. We operate on a freemium model, with a free plan and a paid plan.
Tãmi Essencial – Free
- Calendar: Keep track of deadlines and activities so nothing is forgotten.
- Creator notes: Keep your ideas and scripts in one place so nothing gets lost.
- Brand deal calculator (Brand deal pricing): Help pricing brand deals and creating professional proposals in PDF.
- Creator performance (Performance analysis): A simplified analysis of follower growth and engagement.
- Creator dashboard: A condensed view of your life as a creator, with data on engagement and activities.
Tãmi Pro – Paid
- Tãmi assistant (via WhatsApp): Easier day-to-day management and reminders sent straight to WhatsApp.
- Weekly flow (Kanban and List): A visual, flexible way to organize your creative process, from planning to production.
- Content hub: Store and organize all your material in one place, making it easy to find and reuse.
- Campaign hub: Manage and track campaigns, linking content and payments.
- Creator finances (Cash flow, Expense tracking, Payment and Income management): A clear view of your financial health, showing earnings, expenses and returns.
- Brand deal calculator (Brand deal pricing): An advanced tool for pricing and PDF proposals.
- Creator performance (Detailed performance analysis): Complete reports on growth, engagement and performance, including engagement rate.
- Team management: Delegate tasks and manage your team with different access levels and roles.
- Reminders and notifications: Automatic alerts about important activities.
The features of each plan may change over time. If a feature you use is discontinued, we'll let you know in advance.
3.1 Connected social networks
To track your performance, you can connect your Instagram, TikTok and YouTube accounts to Tãmi. Connecting is optional and depends on your authorization on the network itself. The data we receive and what we do with it are described in the Privacy Policy.
Each network remains governed by its own terms, which you accepted when you created your account there. By connecting YouTube, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
Tãmi only reads data from connected accounts: it doesn't post, comment or send messages on your behalf. You can disconnect at any time, through Tãmi or through the network itself. When you disconnect, the data from that network stored by Tãmi is deleted; if the connection drops without you disconnecting, it is deleted within 7 days unless you reconnect.
4. Plans, Billing and Renewal
The Essencial plan is free. The Pro plan is a subscription, purchased on a monthly or annual basis.
Price. The current price is always shown on the plans page and on the checkout screen, before you confirm the purchase. The price shown at the time of purchase is the one that applies to your subscription.
Automatic renewal. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period — every month on the monthly plan, every year on the annual plan — and is charged to the same payment method until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and the subscription will stop renewing.
Price changes. If the renewal price changes, we'll notify you by email at least 30 days in advance. If you don't agree, just cancel before the next renewal, at no cost.
Failed payment. If a charge isn't approved, we'll let you know, and access to the Pro plan may be suspended until the payment is sorted out. Your data stays stored during that period.
Payment. Payments are processed by a specialized provider. Tãmi doesn't store your card details.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription whenever you want, with no penalty and without having to talk to anyone: just open the subscription screen in the app and cancel there. If you prefer, we also accept requests at suporte@tamiapp.com.
When you cancel, you keep access to the Pro plan until the end of the period you've already paid for. After that, your account moves to the Essencial plan — it isn't deleted, and your data stays there.
Canceling your subscription is different from deleting your account. To delete your data, see section 7.
6. Refunds
We refund the amount paid in cases such as an improper charge, a duplicate charge or a platform failure that prevented you from using the service you paid for. If you think you're entitled to a refund for another reason, write to support: we review each case individually.
When you change plans, the prorated amount you've already paid may be converted into credit for future invoices.
This section is not an exhaustive list and does not exclude any right guaranteed to you by consumer protection law.
7. Account: creation, use and closure
You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Your password is personal: if you suspect unauthorized access, change your password and let us know.
You can delete your account at any time, directly in the app settings. Deletion erases your personal data, with two exceptions imposed on us by law:
- Application access logs, which the Marco Civil da Internet (Brazil's Internet Civil Rights Framework, Law 12,965/2014, article 15) requires us to keep for 6 months;
- Billing data (amounts, dates and invoices), kept for the periods required by tax law and by the Código de Defesa do Consumidor (CDC, Brazil's Consumer Protection Code).
Once those periods end, the data is deleted or anonymized. The details are in the Privacy Policy.
7.1 Removing collaborators and tasks
Removing members from a Creatorspace or a Collab, as well as deleting tasks, is permanent. Tasks assigned to more than one person continue to exist until everyone linked to them has been removed.
8. Acceptable use
When using Tãmi, you agree not to:
- Use the platform for any illegal or fraudulent activity, or for activity that violates the rights of others;
- Upload content you don't have the right to use;
- Try to access accounts, data or areas of the system that aren't yours;
- Overload, test or try to bypass the platform's security without our authorization;
- Resell or sublicense access to Tãmi without our written agreement.
If we identify a violation, we'll contact you to resolve it. In serious cases, or where there is a risk to other users, we may suspend the account immediately — letting you know and explaining why. If the suspension is permanent and you have an active subscription, we'll refund the prorated amount for the unused period.
9. AI-powered assistant
Tãmi uses artificial intelligence in its assistant and in organization and analysis features. Two things matter here:
- AI makes mistakes. Answers, summaries and suggestions may contain incorrect information. Check them before acting on them.
- It isn't professional advice. Financial analyses, pricing suggestions and reports are tools to support your organization. They don't replace an accountant, lawyer or consultant. The decisions, and the responsibility for them, remain yours.
We don't use the content you add to Tãmi to train artificial intelligence models. How we handle that content is described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Privacy and data protection
How we collect, use, share and delete your data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.
If you use Tãmi to manage other people's data — for example, a Collab that registers the creators it represents —, you are responsible for having a legal basis to process that data and for informing those people. In that case, Tãmi acts as a processor, handling the data according to your instructions.
11. Intellectual Property
What's yours. All content you create or add to Tãmi remains yours. You grant us only the permission needed to run the platform: to store, display and process that content in order to deliver the features you signed up for and to assess and improve their quality, as described in our Privacy Policy. Never for commercial exploitation without your consent.
This permission ends when you delete the content or close your account.
What's ours. The platform, the Tãmi brand, the code, the design and the materials we produce are ours. These Terms don't transfer any rights over them.
12. Limitation of Liability
Tãmi is committed to keeping the service available, secure and working as described. We are liable for damages we cause through a failure in providing the service, as provided by law.
We are not liable for:
- Interruptions caused by a failure of your connection or your device, or by acts of God and force majeure;
- Changes to third-party platforms — such as social networks and WhatsApp — that affect Tãmi features;
- Loss of content caused by a deletion made by you or by someone with access to your account;
- Decisions you make based on analyses, reports or suggestions from the platform, including those generated by artificial intelligence;
- Use of your account by a third party because of a shared or poorly protected password.
Scheduled maintenance interruptions are announced in advance whenever possible.
Nothing in this section excludes the rights guaranteed to you by the Código de Defesa do Consumidor.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect, and every relevant update is announced within the platform or by email.
Changes that work against you — a price increase, the removal of a feature you use or a reduction of your rights — are announced at least 30 days in advance. If you don't agree, you can cancel your subscription before they take effect, at no cost.
Changes that take effect upon publication, with notice given on the platform: those required by law, by an authority or by the partner platforms Tãmi depends on (such as the connected social networks), those that strengthen the security or protection of your data, and those that only bring you benefits or new features.
Continuing to use Tãmi after a new version takes effect means you have accepted it.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
The courts of your place of residence are chosen to settle any matter arising from these Terms, in accordance with article 101 of the Código de Defesa do Consumidor.
